We are advised to surround ourselves with individuals that can encourage and love us regardless of what we might be going through; Scripture tells us good words, kind words, encouraging words will always make our hearts glad. Children of God, please also surround yourselves with prayerful individuals who will lift your spirit, build you up and not bring you down. Hallelujah!!
God is with us in whatever situation we might be facing in life, in our daily struggles, our fears and anxious thoughts, thoughts of the past, what we should have done, what we should not have done, and all the worries of life. He is always there, (Omniscient, Omnipresent, and Omnipotent God) our Sweet Loving Jesus, strengthening and bringing us to Himself, although, most of the time we might be too blinded to notice His presence.
I have learnt that prayer is the key and surrendering all to Jesus.
He said, “Come to Me all you who labor and are heaven laden and I will give you rest. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30).
The Book of Proverbs 12:25 also tells us “Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression, but a good word makes it glad.” So, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.” (Philippians 4:6-7)
Are you able to surrender all your worries to Jesus? For He can take all your worries, fears, and give you peace, because His yoke is easy, and His burden is light. Jesus will bless you with His peace that surpasses all understanding. The Book of John 14:27 declares, “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” “For He even provides for the ravens” how much more mankind. (Luke 12:22-26)
Jesus promised to bless you with His peace, please receive His peace and love that is great. Are you worried, depressed and alone? Please talk to Him because He is our constant companion. He will lift you up the same way He lifted me up, healed my broken heart, filled my heart with His love, peace, and wiped my tears away with His Love and call me His own, His servant. Praise The Lord.
I know a teenager who had a set-back due to an illness, he was very worried and anxious because most of his classmates had graduated and employed, but his healing began when our Lord Jesus took over. The power of prayer. Jesus is always there for us, His children, Our Loving Father. The young not only graduated, but work for Microsoft as a software engineer. All glory to God Almighty.
Worrying will never add anything to our lives. Worrying can lead to depression and fear. Everything we need as humans, is in Jesus. He has it all, please ask, knock, seek and be patient.
Testimony:
A friend of mine once promised to bless me with clothing, then became quiet about it for a while, after few weeks I decided to remind her, but the Lord was upset with me regarding the decision I made, for He can clothe me, poor servant of God.
