Brothers and sisters, is Jesus your Rock? Will you allow Jesus to walk in your midst? To accompany you and your family to your destination? To dwell in your home? Will you be able to give Him a chance? He is waiting patiently for you, the one lost sheep, and the sheep that has gone astray-back to Jericho.
Our Lord will get you, He will open you apart, deep clean, deliver and set you free because it is finished. He finished it on the cross.
Apostle Paul tells us, “For I do not want you to be ignorant of the fact, brothers and sisters, that our ancestors were all under the cloud and that they all passed through the sea, they were all baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea,they all ate the same spiritual food and drank the same spiritual drink; for they drank from the Spiritual Rock that accompanied them, and that Rock was Christ. (1 Corinthians 10:1-4).
Moses spoke about Jeshurun (Israel) that rejected His Rock who is the Savior. Isaiah and David predicted this would happen. The Messiah, Jesus Christ, was a Rock, lying in the way of the Jews, the people of God. He came and talked to them, taught them, proclaimed the kingdom of God to them, performed miracles and rebuked them for their evil deeds. Yet they ignored this Rock Jesus lying in their way, confronting them, therefore, they stumbled and fell.
He is the foundation stone. Hallelujah!! The Foundation for the Church, and no one can destroy the Church because no one can destroy this foundation stone, Jesus Christ.
Please build your life, the life of your family, and the life of your ministry on this Foundation Stone: “For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ” (1 Cor. 3:11). This Foundation shall never give way; though hail, floods, storm, wind, and rain, the Church built upon this Rock-Jesus will abide forever. Very mighty and powerful, Awesome God whose powers are limitless.
Will you put your trust upon this Rock? He will provide, protect, and fight your battles. Amen.
