The book of Matthew 5:13-16 tells that “You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.
You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.
Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house.
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”
What is your gift? Are you using your gift to glorify God? Or are you concerned about what people will say about you? Do not cover your gift with a blanket. Please focus on The LORD and let your light so shine brightly that the unbelievers may see and believe, that the unbelievers will see your good works which the Lord will perform through you.
Shine for His glory, shine for the kingdom, shine for Jesus who carried the Cross for your sins, whose love for us is so deep and intense, Unexplainable, Unshakeable.
Please allow the old man in you to be crucified, that old corrupt man, that deceitful man, please nail it on the Cross and let the new man in you arise for Our Lord Jesus. (Romans 6:6, 1st Corinthians 15:31)
Pray for righteousness, and let the unbelievers see your love, your kindness, your goodness, your compassion, and your tender heart. Please visit the widows and the orphans, especially those in need. Visit the sick in their homes and help wherever necessary. The LORD will repay you.
Surrender to The Lord, do you love Him? Do you pray to Him? Do you seek Him? for it is written, “those who love The Lord, He will deliver; He will set you on high because you have known His name. When you call upon Him, He will answer; He will be with you in trouble; He will deliver you and honor you. With long life He will satisfy you and show you His salvation.” (Psalm 91:14-16)
